SPEARity is excited to officially announce our sales consultant, Bob Langhoff. Bob actually joined our team several months ago and has been hard at work pivoting with the rest of us. We thought it was time you got to know a little bit about him if you haven’t already.

What separated Bob from the other candidates was his ability to empathize with others and then form a relationship based on the fact that he actually cared about them. This has remained consistent as he’s trying to navigate the change from selling retail to selling services to organizations, especially given our current environment. I’ve been very impressed by his ability to stay true to who he is and really grow in a different and challenging environment which really shows your true character.
