As promised last week, we are going to continue introducing you to and giving you a behind-the-scenes view of our awesome SPEARity staff.

Today you are going to get to know Certified Coach and Trainer — Sandy Rice.

Sandy’s been with the company for a year now and she’s great at what she does. Here’s what CEO, Darren Fisher, had to say about her: “Sandy’s greatest asset is her expertise in managing projects on a global scale and applying them to growing entrepreneurs. She’s able to relate so well that they don’t know she’s a big business professional (which can be overwhelming). This relatability is why her clients love her so much and I definitely get it!”

Here are a few fun facts about Sandy:

Q – What was your first job?
A – At 12-years old babysitting every day after school for a family with 5 children under the age of 6. Otherwise, McDonald’s at 16.

Q- What’s a strange talent that you have?
A – Babies always want to flirt with me.

Q – What are three things on your bucket list? 
A – Visit the Maldives before they sink under the sea, Visit all the National Parks in an RV, Learn how to blow glass

Q – If you could have a superpower, what would it be?
A – The ability to fly

Q – What’s your favorite television show?
A – Friends

Q – How many states have you lived in?
A – Three

Q – What did you want to be when you grew up?
A – An old maid – at 4 years old I thought that’s what you called a cleaning lady.

Q – What’s your favorite thing to do when not at work? 
A – Spending time at our house in Door county 

Q – What does your morning routine look like?
A – Very habit-ty – 5:00 am take the dog out, feed the dog, make coffee, take shower, meditate, breakfast, check email get ready and work begins.

A – Ultimate 2.0 NPS

Q – What’s your favorite book for fun reading?
A – Pride and Prejudice

Q – How do you balance work and personal life?
A – Good planning and saying “No”

Q – What’s your favorite quote?
A – That which doesn’t kill us only makes us stronger.

Q – What’s the best piece of advice that you’ve ever received?
A – Just buy the ticket, the rest will work out.

A – Helping people achieve their goals and the rush of being part of it.
