Milwaukee is now one of the wettest of springs in the past over 100 years. What’s interesting is it seems that my mood is being impacted by the weather. Or at least I can blame it on that.

It’s interesting from a leadership perspective that a leader’s mood can easily impact the moods of everyone else either positively or negatively. As leaders it’s important that we learn how to not let things like weather or situations to overly affect the way that we are, thereby affecting our team as well.

There are many things that we can do to help keep our mood in check. Exercise and eating right are just a few things that we can control to help control our moods.

Questions for you:

  1. How does your mood impact your leadership style?
  2. What are things you do to change that?
